Sculpture Outreach
Assistant Professor Caroline Hatfield helps students in a sculpture studio class paint and prepare their project's installation, marked by a Monday [May 8] opening ceremony at 3 p.m., at the J.L. King Community Center, 700 N. Long St. in Starkville. The abstract design of “Welcoming Wiggles” is meant to convey themes of whimsy and creativity, and students kept in mind their target audience of children and youth served through the center's after-school program.
