鈥楽earching for Truth鈥 faculty art exhibition opens Sept. 4 at MSU

STARKVILLE, Miss.鈥斞侵奚墒悠 continues to spotlight its talented faculty through a new exhibition opening Tuesday [Sept. 4] at the university鈥檚 Cullis Wade Depot Art Gallery.
Showcasing the artistic contributions of 21 educators in the Department of Art, 鈥淪earching for Truth鈥 is available for viewing through Oct. 26 in the MSU Welcome Center鈥檚 second-floor gallery. The exhibition features recent works representing a range of styles, subject matter and artistic media, including painting, sculpture, photography, graphic design, drawing and printmaking. Viewing hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday鈥揊riday.
A public reception takes place from 5-6 p.m. Sept. 6 at the gallery. Refreshments will be available.
鈥淭he diverse faculty members in our Department of Art actively exhibit their work nationally and internationally, but they are especially excited for the opportunity to share work with the MSU and Starkville communities in this bi-annual faculty exhibition,鈥 said Lori Neuenfeldt, MSU art instructor and gallery director.
