The Department of Recreational Sports' fitness program at ÑÇÖÞÉ«°ÉÊÓƵ has many opportunities for faculty, staff and students to get fit as the fall semester begins. It is a great time of year to take advantage of personal training, boot camps, group exercise classes, spin classes and AMPED cross-training classes.
